Ömer Bağdur and Cemal Kobani are on an indefinite hunger strike in the city of Kassel in Germany.

They have been fasting for 14 days demanding the end of isolation against Kurdish people’s leader Abdullah Öcalan.

Like hunger strikers in other cities, both activists are being visited by Kurds and their friends living in the neighborhood.

On Sunday journalist Murat Çakır visited the hunger strikers to convey his solidarity.
