Hunger strike in Stavrapol on day 2

The hunger strike held for Kurdish People’s Leader Abdullah Ocalan in Novoalexandrovky in the Russian Federation is on its second day.

The hunger strike launched in the Novoalexandrovky in Stavrapol, Russia to protest the aggravated isolation imposed upon Kurdish People’s Leader Abdullah Ocalan continues on day 2.

The Novoalexandrovky Kurdish Cultural Autonomy-led hunger strike is being visited by the public frequently.

Autonomy Co-chair Huseyin Ahmedov, one of the participants of the hunger strike, said: “The Kurdish people are under a total attack. The first plan this attack has is to eliminate Ocalan. The Kurdish people will void this dirty conspiracy that is the continuation of the international plot through resistance.”

Kurds and allies coming to visit the activists gave speeches condemning the isolation. The protest continues.
