Kurdish activist Yusuf Iba from North Kurdistan has been on an indefinite hunger strike in Toronto, Canada for 105 days demanding the end of the isolation imposed on Kurdish People’s Leader Abdullah Öcalan.
Iba was hospitalized after suffering from high blood pressure and vomiting last night.
Iba has been hospitalized 9 times before for nausea, heart spasms and breathing issues but refused treatment and continued his protest. A few days ago, he started to spit blood and he lost consciousness.
