Hunger strikers Bagdur and Kobane: The struggle isn't over

Omer Bagdur and Cemal Kobane who were on hunger strikes in Berlin against the isolation imposed upon Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Ocalan have returned to Kassel following 5 days of medical treatments and were greeted with enthusiasm in the Kurdish ass

Bagdur and Kobane had started their hunger strikes in Kassel, Germany and then continued in Berlin with the other activists.

Bagdur was on a hunger strike for 59 days, and Kobane was on for 118 days. After Ocalan met with his lawyers, Bagdur and Kobane ended their protest as per Ocalan’s call and returned to Kassel following five days of medical treatment.

Both activists were received with enthusiasm in the Democratic Kurdish Social Center. The hunger strikers said the struggle isn’t over and that they will continue without a hitch.
