Despite all obstructions, international committees continue to visit the imprisoned HDP Co-Presidents Figen Yüksekdağ and Selahattin Demirtaş in Kandıra and Edirne Prisons, respectively. A committee of Denmark’s Red-Green Alliance Party, Sweden’s Left Party, Norway’s Socialist Party and Finland’s Left Alliance Party is set to visit the Co-Presidents on December 7 and 8.

HDP Press Office made the following statement on the visits:

"Sweden’s Left Party committee will be in Kandıra Prison at 14:00 on December 7 to visit our Co-President Figen Yüksekdağ.

The leaders of Denmark’s Red-Green Alliance Party, Sweden’s Left Party, Norway’s Socialist Party and Finland’s Left Alliance Party are going to be in Edirne Prison at 10:30 on December 8 to visit our Co-President Selahattin Demirtaş.

After these visit, the committees and our party representatives will hold a joint press statement in front of the prisons. "
