Internationalist march from Luxembourg to Strasbourg continues

The internationalist long march under the motto "Freedom for Öcalan, status for Kurdistan, shoulder to shoulder against fascism" continues on day 2.

The fourth Long March organised by internationalists under the motto "Freedom for Öcalan, status for Kurdistan, shoulder to shoulder against fascism", kicked off from Luxembourg on Monday.

120 activists from Latin America, Spain, Iran, South Africa, Canada, Ecuador, Canary Islands and Australia are partaking in the march from Luxembourg to Strasbourg which continues with great enthusiasm on its second day.

The activists spent last night in the Pablo Neruda hall in Guenange, France and formed cleaning, security and logistics communes. The march has resumed at 10:00 this morning. The activists will cover about 10 kilometers today before reaching the town of Thonville where they will stay for the night.

Handing out leaflets on the route of their march behind a banner reading "Freedom for Öcalan, political status for Kurdistan”, the internationalists are repeatedly chanting "Bijî Serok Apo” [Long Live Leader Öcalan]. Their slogans include “Who am I?” in French, to which they respond “PKK” all together.
