Members of the Iraqi parliament voted on Thursday on a report submitted by the Defense and Security Commission on Turkish aerial attack on Shengal on April 24.
Speaking to ANF on the subject, PUK Iraqi parliamentarian Mıhemed Osman said the report submitted by the Defense and Security Commission to the parliament regarding Turkey's attack on Shengal has been adopted by a majority vote of Shia, Sunni and Kurdish parliamentarians.
PUK MP stated that members of the Iraqi parliament condemned the attack and decided to appeal to the United Nations on Turkey's aggression.
Iraqi deputies also reached an agreement that Turkey should apologize to Iraq for the attack.
