During clashes in the area between the Abad and Safsafa villages of Tabqa, YPG-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) have repelled the attack on refugee tents near the Safsafa village.
Dozens of ISIS members were killed and corpses of 16 were seized by SDF in addition to some ammunition.
SDF fighters continue making advances amid ongoing clashes in the region.
