ISIS attacked Iraqi army and Hashd al-Shaabi in Samara and Tikrit

ISIS mercenaries attacked the town and many villages of Samara and Tikrit last night. The mercenaries that captured some of the villages and towns they attacked inflicted heavy losses on the Iraqi army and Hashdi Sabhi.

ISIS mercenaries are on the agenda again as they carried out attacks on the peshmerga forces in Germiyan, the Iraqi forces near Maxmur Refugee Camp. Last night they attacked many villages and towns in the city of Samara and Tikrit.

The mercenaries occupied many villages and towns connected to Samara and Tikrit, and according to reports caused heavy losses to the Iraqi army and Hashd al-Shaabi forces.

Iraqi army forces, federal police and Hashd al-Shaabi forces launched an operation after the mercenaries attacks, and recovered the bodies of 42 Iraqi soldiers who have been killed by ISIS attacks so far. It was stated that 28 of the soldiers were connected to the federal police.

While the Iraqi army recaptured many villages and towns occupied by ISIS it was also noted that many villages and towns were still occupied by ISIS and clashes continued.
