ISIS gangs are bombing the civilians from Safsafah village who are staying in tents in the village of Abad to the east of Tabqa.  Many civilians were reportedly injured as result of the bombardment.

Reports from the ground also suggest that the ISIS gangs are preparing for targeted attacks on civilians with assassination rifles.
