In the Istanbul district of Kadikoy, police attacked a rally staged by various youth organisations to commemorate Ibrahim Kaypakkaya and other revolutionaries of the '68 movement who died in the month of May. Three people were arrested by use of force.
The rally was attacked when the young people gathered and chanted slogans in front of the Süreyya Opera House. There was a verbal altercation between the HDP MP Dilşat Canbaz Kaya and the police officers.
