KCDK-E called on everyone to attend the 3rd August rallies and marches across Europe to condemn the Shengal genocide and to commemorate the victims from the Êzidî community.
On the occasion of the 3rd anniversary of the Shengal genocide of 3 August 2014, European Kurdish Democratic Societies Congress (KCDK-E) issued a written statement concerning the marches and rallies planned for tomorrow.
The statement called for recognition of an independent status for Shengal and support for Shengal's Self-Defense forces established for the protection of the Êzidî people.
In that respect, KCDK-E invited everyone to attend the rallies to be held tomorrow, and called for the recognition of the brutal mass killing of Êzidîs as a genocide.
