In a written statement, the co-chairs of the Confederation of Kurdistan Communities (KON-MED) in Germany, said: "This genocidal war developed by the fascist Turkish state against the Kurdish people continues with increasing violence. The territory of Kurdistan is constantly bombed by warplanes and drones armed with chemical weapons.”
The statement added: "This genocidal war is being waged not only in Bakurê Kurdistan, but also in Bashur, Rojava, Rojhilat, and simultaneously in Europe. Chemical weapons are used, war crimes committed, and international policies ignored. This war aims to destroy all the gains of the Kurds, and in fact it aims to exterminate the Kurds.”
The statement said that Turkey is “violating international laws in front of the world’s eyes. For this reason, all international powers, especially the German state, which remain silent against the Kurdish genocide war, are primarily responsible for every massacre committed or to be carried out in Kurdistan.”
Call to attend march in Düsseldorf on 25 June
The statement added: “It is time to say 'stop' to this dirty war and to increase the resistance against the genocidal Turkish state and its collaborators in every field.
Participating in the Düsseldorf march on 25 June against all these massacres and attacks of AKP-MHP fascism is the duty of everyone and especially of all Kurds.”
