In a written statement, the Kurdistan Communities Confederation in Germany (KON-MED) launched a total resistance against the Turkish state's invasion attacks with the slogan ‘Everywhere Kurdistan, Berxwedan [resistance] everywhere’.

KON MED in the statement called on people to join the protests to be held in many cities in Germany on Saturday.

"The evil alliance AKP-MHP has been attacking Kurds with the aim to destroy them,” the statement said, adding: “Racist attacks are carried out everywhere against the Kurdish people, Kurdish youth are killed, Kurdish women attacked. Today Kurds have only one option: to resist, to fight, to protect their existence against genocide.”

The statement continued: "KON-MED invites our people to join the actions to be organised in many German cities with the slogan ‘Kurdistan everywhere, Berxwedan everywhere’. We call on our people to raise the resistance with the national spirit and join the marches and rallies to be held on Saturday (20 June)."
