The hunger strike initiated by executives of Kurdish institutions in Europe such as KNK, TEV-ÇAND, CÎK, FEDA, FKÊ, and representatives of the MLKP in front of the Europen Parliament building in Brussels is continuing on the second day.
The European Parliament has been occupied by hundreds of Kurdish demonstrators who have been gathering in front of the Parliament since early Tuesday morning in solidarity with Kobanê and in protest against ISIS gangs.
Surpassing the police blockade around the building, hundreds of demonstrators entered the Parliament carrying the posters of Kurdish people's leader Abdullah Öcalan and flags of the PYD (Democratic Union Party).
Other demonstrators have started sit-in outside the building where police have taken intense security measures.
