Kurdish forces take over control of Ramelan and Tirbespiye

According to various Kurdish sources on the ground in western Kurdistan, including Ronahî TV the oil rich city of Rimêlan, which lies on the road between Tirbespîyê and Dêrik, has been almost entirely liberated. During the early hours of Friday, the People’s Protection Units (YPG) conducted a coordinated operation, which eventually allowed them to seize a number of official buildings, including the police headquarters and the Baath party’s headquarter.
YPG has liberated Tirbespiyê from baath regime force . Government buildings including the military headquarters was surrounded and soon surrendered to the YPG. Both, Ramelan and Tirbespiye have liberated from the regime forces and now controlled by Kurdish forces YPG.
