Some 50 Kurdish institutions and organizations came together in Cologne and decided to act jointly against the invasion operations of the Turkish state. A crisis desk was set up.
The crisis desk will organise action wherever Kurds live, especially in Europe. The following representatives attended the meeting: KCDK-E co-chair Yüksel Koç, Ronak Ahmet (KNK), Mimamed Haci Ahmet, (Hizbi Sui Kurdistan), Mahmut Davut (PDKS), Goran Babaail (Goran movement), Dersim Alali (PYD), Sabri Eryiğit (PIK), Nebez Abdullah (artist), Hafız Turhalı (CIK), Çiya Mihemedi (Komala), Hacı Çelik (NAV-YEK), Feridun Knjrini (journalist), Diyar Başu (KCDK-E Başur), Ibrahim Vesta Hasan (Peşmerge Derin) Yıldız Filmci (Kon-Med), Ahmad Hbash (Divana KCDK-E), K. Imad (Herwesi), Bedran Mosa (PDKS), Mohammad Daound (PDKS), Engin Sever (FED.MED) and Ali Aydın (FEDA).
Speaking at the meeting, KCDK-E co-chair Yüksel Koç said that the occupation carried out by the Turkish state is directed not only against the PKK but against the entire Kurdish people, and added that the Kurds can stop this attack by acting together. Indicating that intellectuals, writers, institutions, artists and politicians in areas where Kurds live have great duties, Koç called on everyone to act responsibly in order to stop the occupation of the Turkish state, especially in Europe, using the crisis desk.
The representatives of the institutions attending the meeting said that the occupation was against the Kurdish people and that the main purpose was genocide. At the meeting, a decision was taken to organise actions against Turkey's invasion operations in many cities of Europe.
