Kurdish neighbourhood in Aleppo bombed again

Helicopters of the Syrian army have bombed the Sheikh Maksoud neighbourhood of Aleppo, wounding four members of the same family.

This morning at around 10 am local time helicopters bombarded houses in Muhaberat Street in the Kurdish neighbourhood of Sheikh Maksoud in the city of Aleppo in Syria.

According to initial reports 4 members of the same family were seriously injured as a result of the bombing, which also caused serious material damage.

Kurdish neighbourhoods of Aleppo were also bombed on 18 December, when 5 Kurdish civilians suffered serious injuries.

Following this attack People's Defence Units (YPG) attacked a checkpoint, killing 4 Syrian soldiers.
