Kurdish students attacked by a racist group

Two Kurdish students at  Marmara University Faculty of Education, in Istanbul's Şişli district, were assaulted by a racist and nationalist group of ten people on Monday.

The attack on Kurdish students was carried out as they entered to the refectory for lunch.

Eye witnesses said the security personnel at the university didn't intervene in the attack on Kurdish students. Tension continues on the campus.

The Turkish government has not only failed to take any precaution against racist attacks against Kurds so far but also encouraged such attacks through its statements and practices.
