Under the motto "Xwe Rexistin Bike, Rêber Apo Azad Bike" (Organise yourself, liberate Leader Öcalan), the umbrella organisation of the Kurdish youth movement in Europe will meet in Paris on 9 December for its third congress to set the course for a dynamic year of struggle. The agenda of the Revolutionary Youth Movement (Tevgera Ciwanên Şoreşger, TCŞ) includes discussion panels and keynote speeches on key issues for the future that must be tackled by the youth at a time when the Third World War is escalating in Kurdistan and the Middle East region, when capitalism has manoeuvred itself into a deep and insurmountable impasse and the degree of industrial and social degeneration continues to progress. Alongside the defence of rays of hope such as the Rojava revolution and the "Jin, Jiyan, Azadî" (Woman, Life, Freedom) revolts in the Middle East, which show how war can be stopped, the resistance for the physical freedom of the Kurdish leader Abdullah Öcalan, who is imprisoned in Turkey, and the liberation of Kurdistan from the grip of occupation, colonialism and fascism are the most important topics of the conference.

"The fascist AKP/MHP regime wants to continue its genocidal policy against the Kurds, the occupation and plundering of Kurdistan with methods that are despicable and immoral. As young people, we are organising against this with anger at the physical imprisonment of our leader for 24 years, exacerbated by 32 months of isolation. The unprecedented torture of Leader Öcalan, the annihilation attacks against the freedom guerrillas, the vile attacks against the elected representatives of the Kurdish people, against patriotic people of Kurdistan, our social values and the martyrs. These are the main reasons for the organised anger that will bring victory. The rulers' endeavour for new colonial territories will meet the resistance of the youth and their unwavering will everywhere. Every person should internalise the fact that the only dream of racist fascism that the AKP/MHP regime is able to achieve in Northern Kurdistan is a Kurdish reality destroyed by genocide - a reality without ideals, resistant individuals and values.

In Europe, the representative henchmen of capitalist hegemony are in a state of total attack against the emerging revolutionary attitude here. Of course, this situation is not unique to Europe and the Middle East. Leaderless movements all over the world are exposed to the intimidation attempts of the capitalist hegemonic states. As TCŞ, however, we claim to lead the emerging anti-fascist, revolutionary and democratic resistance movements worldwide in the light of democratic modernity and to unite all forces under one roof. That is why we will expand our existing organisation at our third congress. And with this organised strength, we will liberate our leader and make the case for our paradigm of democratic modernity to be the spearhead of changing the course of the world.

We call on all components of society who believe in the paradigm of our leader, especially the youth of Kurdistan living in Europe around our growing revolutionary fire, to organise, resist, liberate Abdullah Öcalan and end colonialism and plunder. In this context, we invite all those interested to renew the promise of victory together and strengthen the common will at the third congress of TCŞ."
