Kurdish youths in London, UK occupied the ITV News building demanding freedom for Kurdish People’s Leader Abdullah Öcalan who is held under aggravated isolation since April 5 of last year.

The youth cite the reason for their demonstration as that the British television network has stayed silent in the face of the isolation and the genocidal attacks carried out by AKP gangs in Kurdistan.

Demonstrators occupied the building of the British television network ITV, which stayed silent in the face of inhumane the isolation and the AKP palace gangs and their dictator Erdoğan’s dirty war waged in Kurdistan.

Kurdish youths carried posters of Kurdish People’s Leader Abdullah Öcalan and flags of Ciwanên Azad and chanted “Terrorist Turkish state”, “Child killer Erdoğan”, “Freedom for Öcalan, Peace for Kurdistan” and “ITV wake up, speak up!” The youth passed through the control barriers in the entrance and entered the broadcasting area to expose the ITV for staying silent in the face of the war waged in Kurdistan.

The youths remained in the building for a long time, protesting the media’s silence, and expressed that they will continue their demonstrations until Öcalan is free.
