Defining Newroz as a feast of freedom and resistance, Leyla Musa said that Newroz at the same time represented equality, resistance and co-existence of peoples.
Musa wished that future Newroz days would be celebrated after liberation of the Turkish-occupied Afrin, Serekaniye and Gire Spi cities in northern Syria.
