Lawyers of Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) leader Abdullah Öcalan filed a request to visit their client. The request was presented to Bursa Public Prosecutor's Office.

Lawyers Rezan Sarıca, Cengiz Yürekli, Mazlum Dinç and Raziye Öztürk asked to be allowed to see their client on Tuesday.

Öcalan has not been able to meet his lawyer since 27 July 2011. So far all the requests have been rejected. The reason for the rejection being no boat to the prison, weather conditions and public holiday.
