Once again a request from lawyers of Kurdish leader Abdullah Öcalan to visit their client in Imralı prison has been rejected.
Thursday lawyers Rezan Sarıca, Cengiz Yürekli and Mazlum Dinç applied to Bursa Public Prosecutor’s Office for permission to hold their ordinary weekly meeting with their client. Once again the request was rejected. This time the Prosecutor's Office said the boat going to Imralı island was out of order.
The lawyers have been denied permission to visit the Kurdish leader since 27 July 2011.
