Long march in Berlin continues under heavy raining

A long march is taking place in the German capital, Berlin in order to condemn the international conspiracy against Ocalan and his isolation at Imrali Prison in Turkey.

Kurdish demonstrators and their friends today gathered in front of the U Bahn Alt Tegel in Berlin.

At 12, after a minute of silence, the co-chair of the Democratic Society Center (NAV-DEM) in Berlin, Yeko Ardil delivered a speech and said: “We will continue our march despite the bad weather and the unfriendly approach of the German police.”

“What we are facing here is not as difficult as one hour of Leyla Guven. We must always remember the hunger strikers and carry on the spirit of resistance,” Ardil added.

Today’s march will continue towards the Residenz Str in Berlin.
