The three-day long march staged in Marseille, France to protest at the international conspiracy against Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Öcalan, is on its second day.
People gathered in front of the Marignane Municipality in the morning, displaying the pictures of Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Öcalan and a banner reading "Freedom for Abdullah Öcalan, Status for Kurdistan".
153 people from Kurdistan and their fellow activists from Bordeaux, Toulouse, Montpellier and Draguignan started the march yesterday. On its second day, the march continued with over two hundred people after further participation.
The activists distributed leaflets throughout the march often chanting slogans and singing anthems.
The activists will gather at St Antione at 09:00 tomorrow before leaving for the Marseille Jouliette Square. The action will end with a rally to be held at Vieux Port Square.
