Seyhan Municipality Deputy Mayor Funda Buyruk, who was detained in the political police operation carried out against Binevş Culture and Art Association and was released on condition of judicial control by the court, was dismissed by the Turkish Ministry of Interior.
The Civil Inspection Board of the Ministry of Interior demanded that Buyruk be suspended from duty in order not to put witnesses under pressure, prevent the destruction, blackening or alteration of criminal evidence, and for the sake of the investigation.
