Mosul University taken from ISIS

Iraqi Special Forces announced that they liberated Mosul University from ISIS gang groups.

Iraqi army spokesperson Sabah al Numan announced that Iraqi Special Forces liberated Mosul University from ISIS gang groups and is advancing carefully in the region because of booby-traps laid by ISIS members.

Al Numan stated that the operation will continue and anti-terror units are getting ready to liberate nearby neighborhoods. Mosul University is located on the eastern side of the Euphrates, and its liberation is expected to accelerate the advance of Iraqi soldiers. The western side of the Euphrates is still under ISIS occupation, and is expected to be the next target of Iraqi operations.
