PKK member Mustafa Nazif Aktaş, who was murdered in Paris on 23 December 1985, was commemorated at Père Lachaise cemetery on the anniversary of his murder.

Necmettin Demiralp, co-chair of the Democratic Community Centre of Paris, and comrades of Aktaş met in Père Lachaise cemetery and brought flowers for their fallen comrade and all the martyrs of the revolution.

Talking about Mustafa Nazif Aktaş, his comrades said he was a humble person devoted to the cause of Kurdistan.
