NAV-BEL: We will be in Düsseldorf tomorrow

NAV-BEL called on everyone to attend the central march to be held in Düsseldorf tomorrow in order to mobilize the international community against war crimes carried out by the Turkish state.

The Belgian Kurdistan Communities Democratic Council (NAV-BEL) called for participation in the European march to be held in Düsseldorf tomorrow, 12 November, in order to break the silence of the international public against the Turkish state that committed war crimes by using chemicals against the Kurdistan Freedom Guerrillas.

The statement said: “With the agreement made by the imperialist sovereign powers 100 years ago [with the Treaty pf Lausanne], it was decided to carry out a genocide against the Kurdish people in the Middle East.

Rêber Apo [Abdullah Ocalan] interrupted this genocide policy by organizing the people of Kurdistan politically and militarily.

The fascist invading Turkish state, which has experienced defeat after defeat in the face of guerrilla resistance as we enter the 21st century, now uses chemical weapons banned in the world with the approval of NATO and imperialist powers.

The silence of the international community in the face of this situation means  complicity with the invading Turkish state.

We call on all our people living in Belgium to support the guerrilla resistance by participating in the protest march to be held in Düsseldorf tomorrow, Saturday."
