Pragnai Publications published “Liberating Life: Women’s Revolution”, a collection of Kurdish People’s Leader Abdullah Öcalan’s essays, in Tamil. The brochure was published on November 27, which is both the anniversary of the PKK’s foundation and the Martyrs and Genocide Victims Commemoration Day in Tamil country.

Indian Communist Party introduced the brochure to the Tamil public in Mullivaikkaal Muttram; a historical site important for Tamil people in Tamil Nadu, in order to commemorate the heroes of Tamil Tigers and the victims of the recent genocide.

Tamil feminist and human rights activist Nadulu Poonkuzhali Nedurman translated the brochure, whose preface was written by Dr. N. Malathy.
