Former centre-left prime minister, Zoran Milanovic, took 53.25 percent of the vote in Croatia presidential elections, according to official results.
Milanovic, who has pledged to make Croatia a tolerant country, has defeated the incumbent conservative president, Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic, who stopped at 46.67 percent of the votes.
