French Chief Prosecutor has launched a judicial investigation in connection with the execution of Sakine Cansýz, Fidan Doðan and Leyla Þaylemez in Paris on 9 January.

Giving information about the subject, a police source said two Kurds, aged 30 and 39, were taken into custody last week.

The source said that the 30 year-old suspect has been referred to the prosecution office last night, and that the elder one has been released today.
