Operation to liberate Raqqa to start in a few days
SDF Spokesperson Ehmed refuted the claims that ISIS has withdrawn from Raqqa and said operation to liberate the city will be launched in a few days.
Wrath of Euphrates Operation Room Spokesperson Cihan Sheikh Ehmed spoke to Fırat FM and refuted the claims that ISIS gangs have withdrawn from Raqqa.
Ehmed stated that: “The operation continues at full force and with great morale and it will not stop until the entire Raqqa city is liberated. The claims in question aim to smear the gains of our forces.”
SDF Spokesperson said fierce clashes are taking place between SDF forces and ISIS gangs in the northern, southern, eastern and western countryside of Raqqa.
She added that the operation for the liberation of Raqqa will start in a few days.
