People in Berlin and Paris protest the Turkish government for its practices after the earthquake

The Turkish state and its practices after the Maraş-centered earthquake, were protested in Berlin and Paris.

Demonstrations were held in Berlin and in the suburb of Mantes la Jolie, in Paris, in order to protest the policies of the Turkish state that left people to die from the earthquake.

BERLIN

The Nav-Berlin and Dest-Dan Women's Council called on the people of Kurdistan and their friends to gather at Alexanderplatz and pay tribute in memory of those who lost their lives in the earthquake.

Kurdish politician Hüseyin Yılmaz thanked the HDP and the left socialist circles, who struggled in solidarity with the people after the earthquake, for their efforts and said: “They shared the wounds of our people by helping them. Our people and institutions that want to cooperate with earthquake victims in Europe can do it through Heyva Sor.”

Hüseyin Yılmaz continued his speech and said that after the earthquake, the KCK took the initiative and declared a ceasefire, but the Turkish state continued its attacks.

Dest-Dan Women's Council activist Susanne Rösling said: "We are here today because tens of thousands of people lost their lives in a matter of minutes on 6 February. This is very painful. Scientists warned against earthquakes. However, the Turkish state invested in war instead of the safety of our people."

PARIS

The Turkish state was protested in Mantes-la-Jolie for its attitude after the earthquake in Kurdistan.

The state showed a genocidal attitude towards the Alevi and Kurdish population living in the earthquake zones and the trustee mentality was reactivated to block the aid sent to the region.

The best way to send the aid collected in Europe to the region is through Heyva Sor a Kurdistan.
