From Afghan capital Kabul to the US, Australia and Southern Kurdistan, peoples took to the streets and staged mass demonstrations in solidarity with Afrin against attacks.
HAMBURG
In the German city of Hamburg, around eight thousand people staged a march and held a rally for Afrin. Speaking here, Left Party MP Martin Dolzer called attention to NATO’s role in the invasion of Afrin and pointed out the isolation of Kurdish People’s Leader Abdullah Öcalan.
LEIPZIG
In the German city of Leipzig, around a thousand people joined a demonstration for Afrin.
BREMEN
Bremen city of Germany also witnessed a huge demonstration for Afrin and a rally in front of the state parliament. Speakers who included German politicians called attention to the war crimes committed by Turkey in Afrin and urged European authorities to take a stand against these criminal acts.
BRUSSELS
In Brussels, capital of Belgium, Kurds and their friends staged a march, holding flags of YPG/YPJ, photographs of the people Turkey massacred in Afrin, and banners condemning the invasion of Afrin.
STOCKHOLM
In Stockholm, capital of Sweden, masses condemned the invasion of Afrin and the silence of western countries, and called on the UN and international community to take action. Political and revolutionary parties and organizations also supported the demonstrations for Afrin.
COPENHAGEN
In Copenhagen, capital city of Denmark, 5 thousand people protested the invasion of Afrin by the Turkish state and affiliated gangs. The demonstration was held under the lead of 13 Danish parties, civil society organizations and institutions.
After the mass dispersed, Turkish fanatics attacked the demonstrators with knifes and guns and police detained three assailants.
AMSTERDAM
In Amsterdam city of the Netherlands, thousands took to the streets in solidarity with Afrin and staged a march, chanting “Terrorist Erdoğan”.
LISBON
In the capital city of Portugal, a demonstration was held in front of the Municipality of Lisbon in protest at the Turkish invasion of Afrin and international silence.
LINZ
In Linz city of Austria, hundreds of Kurds, their friends and Austrian parties and organizations took to the streets for Afrin, denouncing that “German tanks massacre the Kurds”.

In French city of Marseilles, hundreds of people supported by French revolutionary and leftist parties and organizations held a demonstration for Afrin.

Zurich city of Switzerland witnessed a mass demonstration in solidarity with Afrin. Thousands from leftist, socialist and alternative circles from Switzerland, Turkey and four parts of Kurdistan gave the message that “Afrin is not alone”.
BERLIN
In German capital Berlin, thousands of demonstrators protested against the invasion of Afrin by Turkey and jihadist groups, as well as the Merkel government and the German state that sell all kinds of weapons to Turkey, thus become a party to the massacre of the Kurdish people by the Turkish state.
COLOGNE
In the German city of Cologne, thousands joined a march and a following rally and urged the German state to stop arms sale to Turkey that kills Kurds with German and European weapons.
KABUL
In Afghan capital Kabul demonstrators for Afrin denounced the genocidal attacks and barbarity of the Turkish state against Afrin and Rojava.
