Answering journalists' questions after the Board of Management meeting of the AKP (Justice and Development Party) on Wednesday, Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan said that the new visit to Imralı could take place within this week.
"The relevant authorities are conducting their work on the issue. The next visit to Imralı could be made within this week and if not, it will take place next week. The Ministry of Justice has received no applications for the visit yet. A delegation of two or three people will be sent to the island in the frame of the process stated earlier", Erdoğan said.
