Police and Legal terrorism against released detainees

Persons released after being detained on October 9 in the operations centered around Amed have been targeted in new operations.

Arrest warrants have been issued for 7 of the 34 people released after being detained on October 9 by the police. Reports say the arrest warrants were issued after the Diyarbakır Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office objected to the release. The objection for the remaining 25 people was rejected by the Criminal Court of Peace No.4.

1 of the 7 people with outstanding arrest warrants have been arrested as the remaining 6 are still targeted by the regime.

151 people had been detained in a multi-province operation on October 9. 60 of them were women.
