A group of HDP (Peoples' Democratic Party) members were attacked by police in Isparta yesterday after attending a ceremony organized by labor and democracy forces to mark the second year of the Gezi uprising.

The HDP group notified the police after noticing a mob following them on their way to the election office in Gülistan neighborhood after the commemoration.

The HDP group who were attacked by the fascist group with knives were also assaulted by police teams that came to the scene to avoid intervening the assailants who were led by a member of nationalist Grey Wolves organization.
