According to the Peoples’ Democratic Party (HDP) Press Bureau statement, a HDP Committee was prevented from going to the Kandıra Prison where Co-chair Figen Yüksekdağ and HDP MPs are being held.
The Committee comprised of Deputy Co-chair on Law and Human Rights Aysel Tuğluk, Group Deputy Chairperson Çağlar Demirel and MPs Mahmut Toğrul, Dirayet Taşdemir, Ali Atalan and İbrahim Ayhan were cut off by the police on their way to Kandıra Prison. The police are not letting them go to the prison.
