After the armed groups of mercenaries that were claiming their belonging to Free Army during earlier periods of stealing all the wheat in the silos of Tel Tamer and after the rejection of bakery branch council in Al-Hassaka the request of civil peace council for secured flour, bread problem exacerbated n the region, especially in the past two weeks. To solve this bread crisis problem, Popular council of Tel Tamer city started communication with Qamishlo’s popular council in order to secure the flour where they have sent 20 tons of flour to Tel Tamer and flour will be sent periodically from Qamishlo to Tel Tamer in coordination of popular council of Qamishlo and bakeries branch councils in the city to ensure the needs of citizens of bread.
