The hunger strike supporting HDP Hakkari deputy Leyla Guven has spread to all prisons in Kurdistan and Turkey.

The HDP Hakkari deputy has been on hunger strike for 49 days demanding the end of the isolation regime imposed on Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Öcalan.

PKK and PAJK prisoners have launched a solidarity indefinite strike in all prisons.

After news of prisoners joining the hunger strike in Sincan Women's Closed Prison, the families of Mehmet Erbey and Süleyman Benzer, political prisoners in Düzce T Type Prison, confirmed that they have gone on hunger strike indefinitely.

The families of Erbey and Benzer told ANF that both prisoners have gone on indefinite hunger strike two days ago.

On the other hand, the 10-day hunger strike (taken up by a group of new prisoners every 10 days), which was initiated by the prisoners of the PKK in Düzce T Type Prison since November 27, continues.
