Speaking on behalf of PKK and PAJK prisoners, Deniz Kaya said that prisoners are ready to start any protest action in order to highlight the plight of the people of Rojava. Likewise, said Kaya, prisoners are ready to go on hunger strike to highlight healt conditions of Kurdish leader Abdullah Öcalan.

"We are concerned - said Kaya - about the health of our leader Apo. The government - he added - should allow an independent medical team to visit him".
