There was a protest yesterday in Stockholm against the Iranian regime that has attacked Kurdish people demanding justice for Ferinaz Xosrawani.
Protests are continuing in Iran after the death of Ferinaz Xosrawani, a young Kurdish woman who jumped to her death from a 4th floor balcony to avoid being raped by Iranian intelligence operatives in the city of Mahabad in East Kurdistan.
At noon yesterday a protest was organised in the Humlegorden Park attended by around 100 Kurds. The protesters carried pictures of PJAK revolutionaries, Abdullah Öcalan and PJAK, PYD, KODAR, KJAR and PKK flags.
The protesters marched to the Sergel square in the centre of Stockholm, chanting slogans such as 'Down with the Iranian regime', 'No to executions' and 'ISIS and Rouhani are the same'.
In the square they sang the Kurdish national anthem.
Speeches were made by Kurdistan Free Life Party (PJAK) member Şerzad Kemangar and KONGRA GEL Co-president Remzi Kartal condemning the attacks of the Iranian regime and calling for solidarity from Kurds living in Europe for the struggle in East Kurdistan.
