Kurds and their allies in German capital city Berlin staged a demonstration in protest at Norway’s extradition of Kurdish activist Gülizar Taşdemir to the Erdoğan government disregarding the international law.

The demonstration organized by NAV-DEM (Germany Democratic Kurdish Society Center) Berlin and DEST-DAN Women’s Assembly took place in front of the Embassy of Norway.

Speeches held here stressed that Norway should give an account to its people, the Kurds and humanity as to why it committed such an inhumane act as a result of which dirty negotiations.

The protest ended with slogans “Free Gülizar” and “Jin, jiyan, azadi” [Woman, Life, Freedom].
