Protests against Turkey in Rome, Marseille, Montpellier

The invasion and genocide attacks carried out by Turkey were protested in Rome and in the cities of Marseille and Montpellier in France.

Protests against the Turkish state invasion and genocide attacks continue to be held all over Europe.

ROME

Students at the Sapienza University in Rome held a sit-in against the invasion of Rojava carried out by Turkey. 

Students discussed why European countries did not take action to stop this war and handed out leaflets and information sheets. 

MARSEILLE

In the Marignane region of Marseille, Kurds and their friends were once again in the squares for Rojava. A crowd of people gathered in front of Marignane municipality to protest the invasion attacks against Rojava. Actvists demanded the establishment of a no-fly zone.

MONTPELLIER

In Montpellier there was a demonstration of Kurdish and French people. The march, organized by the DKTM and Delal Amed Women's Commune, began at Peyrou Pitot Park and reached Comedie Square.

Children had white scarves stained with red around their heads to protest the massacre of children.
