Eight Özsüt workers whose salaries have not been paid for three months started an action in Kadıköy Branch where they work.

Other workers came together again in front of Özsüt Kadıköy Branch to support their resisting friends and demand the respect of their rights called on the citizens to boycott Özsüt . Democracy forces also supported the action that took place with a heavy police presence.

Özsüt worker Umut Marangoz spoke during the action and condemned the police attack they were subjected to on Wednesday. He thanked all the political parties and democratic civil society organizations for their support.

Right against the usurpation today, 8 Özsüt workers started the act of quitting the carpenter, the workers will continue to fight until the rights of the stressed.

Underining that their struggle is a struggle for rights, the workers said they will continue their protest.
