Rally for Rojava in Stuttgart

Representative of the Stuttgart Democratic Kurdish Society Center (DKTM) said that the summit held in Istanbul on 27 October among Turkey, Germany, France and Russia was followed by the attacks on Rojava.

A rally in solidarity with Rojava was held at Schlossplatz in Stuttgart city of Germany. The rally was organized by the MLPD / İCOR Stuttgart, the Sindelfingen group and the Stuttgart Democratic Kurdish Community Center.

Several German leftists also supported the action.

Brochures on the Rojava revolution were distributed at the information tables set up in the rally area. Activists chanted slogans and opened banners denouncing the Turkish attacks against Northern Syria and Kobanê.

Speaking at the Democratic Kurdish Society Center, Seval Silver, representative of the Democratic Kurdish Society Center (SDKTM) said that the summit held in Istanbul on 27 October among Turkey, Germany, France and Russia was followed by the attacks on Rojava and said that Erdogan's regime was "trying to do what DAESH could not do".

Eberhard Schmid from the International Brigades said that he went to work at Kobanê health center and that he would continue to do so to support the Kobanê revolution.

An international activist from Solidaritaet called on people to make donation to Kobanê health center and independent electricity production equipment needed by this health center.

The Kobanê / Rojava revolution rally was supported by the residents of the city of Stuttgart.
