Election activities carried out by the Green Left Party in Marseille, continued with public meetings, convoy demonstrations and visits to tradesmen and shopkeepers. The Green Party Coordination also provides vehicles for those who have difficulty reaching the polling stations in ten French cities.
A solidarity rally with the Green Left Party was held in Marseille on Sunday with the participation of the former Metropolitan Municipality co-mayor of Amed and former HDP deputy Osman Baydemir. The Arena hall where the rally was held was decorated with Green Left Party flags and banners.
The rally, attended by hundreds of people, started with a minute's silence for the martyrs of the Kurdistan revolution.
The program started with TEV-ÇAND artists Mahsun Sever and Hozan Faruk taking the stage.
Osman Baydemir said: “You can change a lot with one vote. You can overthrow the fascist system and liberate our comrades in prisons; you can liberate Rojava.”
Baydemir, and urged everyone to go to the polls and work together to overthrow the fascist alliance.
