People from Qamishlo, Amude, Til Hemis and Tirbespîyê in Cizre Canton participated in a rally at the 12 March Martyrs Stadium to protest the 15 February International Conspiracy on its 26th anniversary. The demonstration was promoted by the Syrian Initiative for the Freedom of Leader Abdullah Öcalan and the Cizre Region People's Initiative for the Freedom of Leader Abdullah Öcalan.

The Syriac Women's Organization participated in the rally with their flag. The Revolutionary Communist Movement unfurled a banner reading “A just, democratic and honorable peace” along with the poster of Abdullah Öcalan. The Revolutionary Youth Organization entered the rally area with a banner reading “We will destroy the conspiracy with the Apoist spirit of resistance”, chanting the slogan “We will tear down the walls of İmralı”.

PYD Co-Presidency Council member Foza Yusuf condemned the international conspiracy and said, “The conspiratorial forces have never been able to subjugate the libertarian will of the peoples, and they never will.”

Foza Yusuf added, “Leader Öcalan sends his greetings to all those who have worked and endeavored to carry the revolution in Northern and Eastern Syria to the present day.”
